Questions
Can I buy tickets myself?
Yes, through official channels, but foreign passports sometimes need extra checks. When you book with us, we handle it.
How early should I get to the station?
Leave plenty of time for security and ID checks, especially at large stations. We plan transfers with a margin.
Is there space for big suitcases?
There are luggage racks at the ends of each car. Travel lighter if you can; we can also arrange luggage forwarding.
